What’s worth your money?

Practical, unbiased recommendations for affordable products that will improve your everyday life.

I’m a strong believer in using technology to improve your life, and I love to try out cool new gadgets, neat things that in some small way improve your life. We’re all incredibly lucky to be living in such a time of technological advancement, and this has driven my love of finding cool new things to try! I also love sharing my experiences, and after years of encouragement from my friends (who call me a “spokesman for everything”), I’ve finally stopped procrastinating and created a platform to review things that I enjoy.

My reviews are entirely based on my personal research and experiences with using the item in question, and I am not compensated in any way for any of them. I do intend to utilize Amazon affiliate links in the future, but my reviews will always be based solely on my own opinions.

On this site you won’t find head-to-head comparison reviews of several products, but rather a curated selection of items that I researched and chose to purchase for myself, and then found to be particularly useful. One focus of all my reviews will be the item’s bang-for-your-buck, because like most of you I can’t afford to just buy top-of-the-line by default.

Another factor I want to note in my reviews is, how likely is the item to be beneficial to the average person, and how easy it is to take advantage of it’s use. I’ve found that the biggest flaw in so many gadgets is simply that I stop keeping up with them, and I’m sure you all have had the same experience. For that reason, the items that are the most “worth your money” are ones that either are fully automated or direct upgrades to things you already use.

My goal is to post a review a week, or thereabouts. Video content and podcasts are also tentatively planned for the future. Several of the initial batch of reviews will be “long-term” reviews of products I have had for 2 years or more and think highly of. Beyond that, I intend to branch out to movies and possibly TV further down the line.

I hope I can be informative and offer helpful recommendations for products you end up enjoying as much as I have!
